Donortify is a digital venue that connects individuals looking to provide (Donors) and individuals looking to receive (Recipients) human substances for medical purposes.

• Facilitation Only: We are a platform provider only. We do not provide medical advice, perform medical procedures, or handle human substances directly.
• No Medical Relationship: Use of this platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

Eligibility and Account Registration

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
• Verification: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including valid government-issued identification where required.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.

Compliance with Laws

Users represent and warrant that their use of the Service complies with all local, state, and international laws regarding the transfer of human substances.

• Prohibited Sales: In many jurisdictions, the sale of human organs for profit is illegal. Users must ensure that any financial transactions are strictly for legal reimbursements, medical expenses, or permitted administrative costs.
• Illegal Trafficking: Any account suspected of involvement in human trafficking or illegal organ harvesting will be terminated immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

Payments and Fees

• Fiat Payment Processing: We use Paystack to process fiat payments which may be processed through Evoke Insight Technologies.
• Crypto Payment Processing: We and working to integrate crypto payment.
• Platform Fees: We may charge a service fee for facilitating the connection. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Transaction Responsibility: Donortify is not responsible for disputes between users regarding the quality or delivery of the substance

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Basis: The Service is provided without any warranties. We do not guarantee the health, safety, or compatibility of any donor or substance listed.
• Medical Risks: You acknowledge that medical procedures involving human substances carry inherent risks. [Platform Name] is not liable for any medical complications, infections, or unsuccessful procedures resulting from a connection made on the platform.
• Total Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last six months.

User Conduct & Content

You agree not to:

• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading medical information.
• Use the platform to solicit illegal transactions.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another user.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform’s integrity.
